The first new home to be constructed at Loma Surf Club is well underway.  The owners of Lot 15, Alex and Beth Holden were introduced to local contractors by the LDM team. 

Add finishing details to main gate entrance including landscaping and signage. Reinforced retaining walls and corrected drainage problems due to heavy rains. Started remodeling kitchen area of rancho: roof improvements, addition of storage area, replace old wood as needed, and remodel rest room. Begin application process for additional electrical transformers necessary to provide for future demand as community is built out.

Completed all meter housing and underground cables for electric, phone and cable service to all 36 lots in the community. Installed new pipes for the water system. Completed new housing for the well. Built a 40cm high safety barrier along internal roads where necessary.

Finish all public parking areas. Build steps to access lots 5,6,7,8, and 9, swimming pool and club house from public parking areas. Finish remodeling all sidewalks to get to the rancho and pool from most of the lots.

Continue stone retaining wall and security gate work. Install sod on lower site pads.

Construct stone columns for security gate. Commence work on stone retaining walls on sites where necessary. Continue site pad prep. Do landscape and lighting upgrades in pool area.

First purchase contracts with community regulations signed. Fencing 2/3 completed. Concrete poured on internal roads. First lot settlement with transfer of clear title co-ownership completed. Water lines installed. Pool re-furbishment in process, including new stone pool deck and sidewalks.

Backhoe and dump truck delivered to site. Two new internal roads started. Fence poles delivered. Lot plan completed. Old farmhouse dorm building removed and site graded. Home site pads prepared.

Settlement on property; have surveyor divide site into lots and register them. Begin site improvement work.
